Always have a wonder experience, pedis and manicures. Ashley is VERY talented! Requested a fun 49ers set for the super bowl.
I went there less than a week ago, I took a picture of simple black nails with some glitter on them. THREE people looked at the picture dumbfounded not certain they could do that which should have been my Cue to leave but I stayed and gave them the benefit. The nails turned out “okay”, however 5 days later and two of them I’ve already fallen off. I have never had acrylic nails just fall off. Now I have to spend additional money at another salon to get them redone. Will not be going back.
Great experience! Facial was fabulous, very relaxing! Pedicure was nice. Lots of colors. Even with appointment it took 10 minutes, but they were busy. You get a discount for paying cash. Would definitely go again. What a great present!
1st time visitor to this town and shop. I Requested the luxury pedicure and manicure. Technician said he was finished and I was startled as none of the usual customary services (polish removal, cuticle, callous removal, etc.) had been completed. Staff were disinterested and unhelpful. Service level suggested that the staff are not professionally trained. At this price level there should be a minimal level of service that is not met by the staff or management here.
I come here often , I usually send people their way but after today , can’t say that I’ll ever go there again or refer people to them. Got my feet and nails done today , my pedicure was nice, enjoyed that while it lasted. When I got my full set , I was hurt so bad on my thumb , I was bleeding in 3 different place, I was nearly crying and the lady told me “oh you’ll be fine”. Poor customer service. Was actually hoping for a discount bc it really hurt and that’s what any normal business would do.
I have been here twice. Once for a pedicure and I was so happy with it (just basic pedicure) that I went back the next day for a manicure (with gel polish). She did a great job and it lasted about 2 weeks. Going back this weekend for another manicure....my pedicure is still holding up. :)

I will literally never go back. I have gone twice now, as I always give places a second chance, and they have disappointed horribly both times. The first time, I only got a pedicure. Angel cut my left big toe open while trimming my cuticles, sprayed alcohol on it (which obviously burned horribly), gave the wimpiest massage I've ever gotten, and then did a terrible job painting on the polish. My mom got Henry and he did a very nice job, seemed to really give a good massage, her polish looked nice, etc. She said he didn't trim her toenails enough, but otherwise, good job.
So I was ecstatic when I got Henry when we went today for manicures and pedicures. He massaged my legs and arms, but not my hands or feet?! Very strange and VERY disappointing, that's my favorite part! Pedicure was otherwise fine I suppose. Manicure was horrible. The polish is not at all smooth, and is smeared under the topcoat, nails were not cut evenly or filed smooth.. Overall, just incredibly disappointed.
Like I said, I will always give a place a second chance, because everyone has bad days, but I absolutely will not go back and I strongly suggest anyone reading reviews wondering if they should go, go somewhere else.
I went today to this nail spa because every where else was extremely busy due to the fact it’s the Holidays. I went to get a full set (with gel ) and a pedicure. My mom also went she got a manicure and a pedicure. The guy who did my nails did the job horrible. He had a like a bad attitude the whole entire time. He aggressively filed my nails and made me bleed. He cut my cuticle and it still hurts. I asked for him to file more on the sides for a softer shape but the shape is horrible. It looks like someone attached squares to my nails. I asked for a better shape Turns out it’s five dollars extra. When he was painting them with no care in the world and they look so bad. You know how usually after you get acrylics they put oil on your cuticles or even some lotion well he put nothing. My cuticles look dead and feel extremely dry, due to his carelessness of file my nails. If I were you run as far as away from this place because they’ll rip you off for a half done job. Me and my mom paid 140$ for something that was so bad. They did her nails horribly as well. So don’t go here !!!!!
